Synopsis
Superheroes from the Supermarket: On Vacation
Synopsis
After receiving a bonus from upper management, the supermarket manager ignores the accountant’s hopes of simply splitting the money and instead rents a lakeside villa for the entire staff.
But before they even arrive, one of the supermarket’s oldest mysteries—by now practically a legend—is finally solved.
The employees have brought their freezer along on the bus.
And out of it steps the missing intern.
While everyone tries to figure out whether his disappearance was Mr. Manager’s fault or just another bizarre supermarket accident, the bus falls behind schedule. By the time the employees finally reach the villa, their rooms have already been given to a group of foreign tourists.
The supermarket crew is offered accommodation in the basement instead.
There may also be rats down there.
Despite the less-than-luxurious conditions, the employees refuse to let anything ruin their vacation. By the next morning, they are happily enjoying the lake.
Unfortunately, the foreign tourists—quickly nicknamed “the Donuts” by Vova—are determined to make everyone else miserable.
The supermarket crew refuses to back down, and before long, the two groups are battling it out right on the beach, while Mr. Manager, wearing nothing but his underwear, storms off to complain to the villa administration.
During a heated argument with management, Mr. Manager discovers something far more alarming.
The “Donuts” aren’t ordinary tourists at all.
They are financial operators celebrating the purchase of their newest supermarket.
His supermarket.
And the leader of the Donuts is none other than Ms. Regional—the supermarket’s own upper-management representative.
But the employees have no intention of handing over the jobs they love to a bunch of crooks.
They come up with a plan to expose the fraudsters, and once again, their best hope is Vova.
His mission: secretly get into the Donuts’ rooms and switch the supermarket purchase agreement for a fake.
Then comes another surprise.
Ms. Regional switches sides—revealing that she has actually been working undercover inside the Donuts’ gang all along.
The plan works.
In the grand finale, the Donuts proudly sign the fake contract...
and walk away with absolutely nothing.
